Advanced Training Club
Looking to work on more advanced skills with your dog and meet other like minded owners? This club is for you! This club is for any owner wanting to explore dog sports and advanced obedience. This is intended a a club not a class! While our training director will be at all meetings to help troubleshoot and guide handlers, participants will be expected to show up to club with a training goal. Want to explore different skills? You're welcome to join us! We welcome all disciplines! Detection, Agility, Advanced Obedience and more! Unlike our previous free classes, this club does require registration to attend. As we grow our club we hope to host events for our members such as dock diving days and more! Spectators welcome!

First Two Meetings are FREE For New members!
Per Month: $20
Per Six Months $100 (One Month Free!)
Club dues are used to purchase new equipment for members to use as well as help fund other events we may host such as sport demos and dock diving days.
Club Structure
Club will be hosted on Mondays at 7pm at the Ogletree Gap Preserve in Copperas Cove starting September 9th, 2024. Please Join our Facebook Group "Dog People of Texas" to remain up to date on cancelations and schedule changes.
Dogs will be brought out to work one at a time and participants will be expected to stay for the whole meeting and help their fellow members.
Please have a way to safely contain your dog between sessions.
Some equipment can be provided by KJ K9 but for the most part, owners are expected to supply their own supplies. This includes but is not limited to; training gear, water, waste removal items, and rewards.
Please make note: This is not a very child friendly event. Due to the hazards of working around dogs, we welcome children 14+ with a parent chaperone to participate. Younger kids are welcome to spectate but must have parental supervision and remain under control. Participants and spectators assume the risks involved with being around animals and agree to our terms and conditions.
